The new Protocol will allow children to submit individual complaints on the violations of their rights to the Committee on the Rights of the Child. If the rights of the child have been violeted and the child cannot find a solution for this situation in their own country, the III Protocol is a way for children to complain to the United Nations about abuse, violence and other violations of their rights.
