“I speak about me” – Alternative Report on Child Rights in Bangladesh – 2007

This report provides supplementary information on Bangladesh’s third and fourth periodic report on the implementation of the CRC. Twenty-five children’s organisations, with 12,225 children from 64 districts, participated in developing this report. The main issues considered are education, health and protection. The report offers many recommendations, including appropriate teacher training and monitoring, free treatment for all children, and child friendly policies and laws.
