How we work – Our approach to realising children’s rights through country programmes

“How We Work” provides practical guidance to help managers plan and review programme activities. It will be a useful induction and reference document for programme managers and advisers in country programmes, helping them plan and review programme activities. The document is primarily aimed at staff working for Save the Children UK, but may also be of value to other organisations and individuals working to realise children’s rights.
