HEA method-based targeting methodological guide

This HEA analysis framework provides a theoretical and practical base for the targeting method called “HEA-based” and which combines a categorization of households from database treatment, produced from overall targeted community household surveys and a participatory categorization done by the community. This guide presents the targeting method as gradually developed and improved over the two first phases of the project by the Alliance members.
