The Learn Without Fear campaign builds on Plan’s expertise in education and child protection work in 49 programme countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America. It is underpinned by the recommendations of the 2006 United Nations World Report on Violence Against Children. Launched in October 2008, it aims to prevent all forms of violence against children in schools.
