Guidance Note: How to Assist with School Access, Mobility and Transport – Part 1: Purpose and principles

The purpose of this note is to provide guidance to humanitarian agencies, who assist children in refugee camps in order to attend school. The example is from Jordan.  

The guidance note provide practical advice for supporting children in refugee camps on how they practical can baccess to schools, including a safe way to schools e.g. working in groups, bus transport. The note is organized in five parts including checklist and ideas for solutions as well as guidance for selection of beneficiaries. The guidance note is meant as a practical tool for staff in refugee camps directly working with enrolment of children in schools
