Guidance Note on the Arrangements Between Donors and International Intermediaries to Promote Grand Bargain Localisation Goals

This guidance note is one of six that are based on discussions conducted within the Grand Bargain Localisation Workstream, including at its Regional Conferences in 2019, as well as on recent related research. This guidance note is intended to provide guidance as to how arrangements between donors, and UN agencies, INGOs and other international humanitarian organisations can further the Grand Bargain’s localisation goals in cases where direct arrangements between donors and local actors are not practicable.
