Guidance Note on Arrangements Between Donors and Intermediaries

This guidance note provides recommendations on how arrangements between donors, and UN agencies, intentional non-governmental organizations and other international humanitarian organizations can further the Grand Bargain’s localization goals in cases where direct arrangements between donors and local actors are not practicable.
