Guidance for Developing Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with Girl-led Groups and Networks

This document contains recommended approaches for Save the Children staff to formalize partnerships with girl-led groups or networks. It was informed by research as part of the Girl-Led Movement Building project, including a comprehensive literature review, internal focus group discussions, external key informant interviews, and findings from a Girl Reference Group comprised of girls and young women from diverse geographic locations and backgrounds. Save the Children employees are responsible for ensuring that partnerships with girl-led groups and networks also adhere to their offices’ policies.
