Green Jobs for Youth in Thailand

For this report, the research team gathered primary data from interviews with private sector organizations in three key sectors: Energy Sector, Agriculture and Food Sector, and Tourism and Service Sector. The insights from the interviews with large, listed companies, and smaller private sector organizations could provide a clearer picture on how the businesses adapt themselves and what could be the impact of such adaptation. There is no consensus over the definition of ‘Green Jobs’ in Thailand context. However, all corporations are aware of the increasing need of Green Jobs in the future. Hence, large corporations have regular assessment on the skills needed.
