In this dialogue paper, six capacity strengthening providers share their perspectives on the issue of decolonising capacity strengthening. They begin by exploring the challenge of decolonising capacity strengthening, and continue by examining its practical implications. The paper, which was produced with funding from the David & Lucile Packard Foundation, aims to present a range of views from people who experience and engage with the aid sector from different angles and in different ways.
