This Global Learning Agenda focuses on adolescents aged 10–19 worldwide and seeks to address critical questions to improve outcomes in the following areas:

● Adolescents’ ability to decide when and if to use contraceptive methods, including knowledge, self-efficacy, and agency related to contraception.
● Access to and use of contraceptive services by adolescents.
● Quality of contraceptive services, including respectful care and access to a full range of contraceptive methods.
● Equity in access to and use of quality contraceptive services.

The development of this learning agenda was coordinated by Save the Children/USAID’s MOMENTUM Country and Global Leadership, the Carolina Population Center at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and the World Health Organization (WHO) Human Reproduction Programme.
