Global Capacity Building Workshop on working with boys and men on ending violence against children

This workshop focuses on the root causes of violence, particularly those related to the process of construction of gender roles and gender socialization and masculinity. It also focuses on the importance of applying a child rights perspective when working with boys and men, putting children at the centre and recognizing them as rights holders and social actors. The workshop also provides an opportunity for interchange of ideas, expertise and experiences of Save the Children and their partner organisations on working with boys and men.
