Girls’ Education Challenge – MEL Guidance Part 2

Following the successful application of the GEC Transition Window (GEC-T), we are launching the guidance you will need in order to engage in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) as part of the programme. This is the second part of the guidance, and should be read in conjunction with the first part which was previously issued. The enclosed second part of the guidance will provide you with everything you need for the deliverables relating to Evaluation – specifically the MEL Framework alongside an updated Logframe including high-level outcomes.
