Gender Equality Assessment Tool: A guide for Save the Children’s Sponsorship Programs

The Save the Children Sponsorship Program Gender Equality Assessment Tool (GEAT) was created to support sponsorship staff in examining and strategically addressing gender inequalities throughout all aspects of sponsorship programing. Through this assessment process, staff can better understand if and how the overall program contributes to mainstreaming gender equality, and devise next steps to work towards an overall gender transformative approach to programming.
