The purpose of this formative study is to develop a Social and Behavioral Change Communication (SBCC) Strategy that is aimed at shifting attitudes, norms and practices that perpetuate violence against children in different settings. The strategy is also expected to complement the efforts of the project activities designed to prevent, reduce and protect children from violence in the homes/family, schools and in the community. The study was undertaken in the three pilot districts of Thimphu, Dagana, and Zhemgang.
