Final Evaluation of NORAD Funded Program: Basic education, child rights governance, child protection, and humanitarian/DRR

The Norwegian Agency for Development Cooperation (Norad) through Save the Children Norway (SCN) funded Save the Children in Cambodia (SC) to implement a program comprised of three phases: (1) 2010-2014 framework, (2) 2015-2018 framework that focused on the four thematic areas of Primary Education, Child Rights Governance, Child protection, and Humanitarian, and (3) 2019- 2020 Phase-out framework where the focus was similar to the four above thematic areas, but grouped differently into the areas of “Children Learn and are Safe,” “Children are Protected,” and “Children’s Rights.”
