In a time where the refugee crisis went from public outrage to fear. In a time where Swedish politicians decided to go from openness to a ”European minimum” in live tv. In a time where bombs were killing children in Syria, while Sweden and Europe chose to look the other way. In this crucial time Save the Children Sweden chose to take up the fight for the 30 million children on the run and their rights. In spite of public and donor apathy, more than 80 000 people signed our petitions and many more joined our fight for children on the run – a strong exhibition of solidarity and a fearless fight for Children’s rights.
