With support from USAID/Nigeria, Agency for All conducted an analysis to increase stakeholder understanding of how current investments in COVID-19 vaccination risk communication and community engagement (RCCE) efforts impact and affect agency and empowerment at the individual, community, and system levels, leading to increased uptake of COVID-19 vaccines and contributing to improved coverage goals. Agency for All investigated the relationship between messaging/ campaigns and elements of empowerment regarding vaccination, as well as which type, or types of people are most effective at conveying COVID-19 vaccination-related messages. This study has two major research components: message effects and messenger effectiveness.
