Exploring the Links: Female genital mulitation/cutting and early marriage

Exploring the Links is based on both field and desk-based research undertaken by World Vision to explore and unearth the potential links between female genital mutilation/cutting (FGM/C) and early marriage. By looking at both shared social drivers and some of the direct links between these two harmful, traditional practices, World Vision draws on its own experience of programming on these issues to highlight lessons that might be learned in designing programmes and policies that will more effectively address both FGM/C and early marriage.
