The aim of this working document is to contribute to the reflection and debate on the challenges posed by the migration crisis in Latin America, from the perspective of the rights of girls, boys and adolescents. It explores the aspects of migratory governance, from the built institutionality and public investment, as well as the risks faced by children and adolescents in a situation of cross-border mobility.
