Save the Children Colombia’s accountability system primarily relies on written feedback, which excludes people with low literacy levels, people with disabilities, and those who depend on others to report. To close this gap, Save the Children Colombia developed “Your Voice Counts,” an inclusive and voice-based accountability system co-designed with children, communities, staff, and disability experts. The solution includes an interactive voice mailbox supported by AI-powered language models, allowing users to provide feedback through voice instead of writing. It features a risk alert system, age-specific modules for personalized engagement, and increased accessibility for vulnerable groups.
