Catch‑up Clubs (CuC) 2.0 Cycle 2 is a targeted literacy and social‑emotional learning intervention implemented across ten public schools in Sarangani Province, Philippines. This evaluation analyzes baseline and endline data from 220 learners in Grades 4–6. Results show that 65% progressed in reading, with notable increases in Word, Sentence, and Story levels. SEL competencies also improved, especially empathy and relationship skills. Attendance, emotional safety, and use of home languages supported learning. Absences were driven by household duties, livelihood pressures, teasing, and illness. CuC approaches aligned with DepEd’s ARAL Program. Schools sustained the model through laminated materials, Learning Action Cell sessions, and CuC–ARAL hybrid routines.
