Evaluation Report: CINTALAM Project Midterm Evaluation (Thailand, 2026)

The European Union–funded Creating an Inclusive and Transformative Action Youth-Led Climate Action Movement (CINTALAM) project, implemented by Save the Children Thailand in partnership with the Green South Foundation, aims to strengthen youth-led climate action in Thailand’s Deep South (Narathiwat, Pattani, and Yala Provinces). In response to local environmental challenges—including severe flooding, waste accumulation, resource depletion, and ecosystem degradation—the project empowers civil society organizations (CSOs), children, and youth through participatory, gender-responsive, and locally adapted approaches. Key initiatives include Youth Innovation Labs (YIL), Financial Support to Third Parties (FSTP) sub-grants, community-based environmental activities, and joint advocacy platforms. Ultimately, CINTALAM strives to build an enabling environment for sustainable, inclusive, and youth-driven climate resilience at the community level.
