This study identifies barriers that hinder or prevent access of indigenous children in the Quechua Area from access to protective services relating to all forms of violence (sexual abuse, violence, exploitation, and neglect). It provides guidelines and proposals for effective implementation of the current National System for Care and Protection of Child.
The main objective of the study was to identify instances of the violation of the rights of indigenous children and to protect information on protective services and their capacity to serve the needs of indigenous children.
