Engaging with Syrian CSOs: How can the international community engage better with Syrian civil society organizations during the civil war?

The number and activities of Syrian civil society organizations (CSOs) have increased a lot since the start of the revolution in Syria. This paper is looking at the capacity of Syrian CSOs and how effectively international organizations are facilitating increased capacity.
