The purpose of the endline survey was to measure changes from the baseline surveys conducted in Year-1 and Year-2 of the project, evaluate the outcomes of the three-year project, and develop recommendations based on the cumulated experiences and lessons learned under the project, specifically, by assessing the current level of students transitioning from primary to lower-secondary school in comparison to the baseline; assessing the current level of the implementation of inclusive education in the target public schools in comparison to the baseline; assessing the level of parental support for transitioning and continuous learning of the child in comparison to the baseline; assessing the policy advocacy initiatives for promoting inclusive education; drawing key lessons learned and best practices of the project; and making recommendations for all-level stakeholders for sustaining the project interventions and good practices.
