Endline Evaluation: Rainbow Voices – Strengthening Participation of Children and Youth with Diverse SOGIE in Policy Development in Vietnam (2025)

The Endline Evaluation for the project, “Rainbow Voices – Strengthening Participation of Children and Youth with Diverse SOGIE in Policy Development in Vietnam” (2022-2025), conducted in August 2025, confirms that the project successfully increased the participation and capacity of LGBTI+ children and youth in human rights advocacy. Implemented by six organizations (SCI, Lighthouse, iSEE, ICS, IT’S T TIME, and CSAGA) with financial support from the Norwegian Organization for Sexual and Gender Diversity (FRI), the project demonstrated significant achievements in changing public attitudes, building local leadership, and securing unexpected institutional engagement, while simultaneously highlighting the critical, persistent challenges related to mental health support and strategic parental engagement.
