The endline evaluation followed mixed research methods to assess the performance of the project. Quantitative data were collected through IDELA, ASER, and Students safety Survey, Caregivers questionnaire, teacher’s questionnaire and IDELA school environment observation. The qualitative data were collected from PTSAs (Parent Teachers Students Associations), principals, MoE (Ministry of Education) officials, REB (Regional Education Bureaus) officials, WEB (Woreda Education Bureaus) personnel and other stakeholders through FGD (Focused Group Discussions) and key informant interviews (KIIs). Data was analyzed using descriptive and thematic content analysis.
