This is the end-line assessment of LDSC Improving Maternal and Neonatal Health project. It is a development project which lasted for two years. The project was relevant and addressed priority areas of the health facilities crucial to improve quality of the MNH services. Restored the health facilities capacity to deliver MNH services by supplying medical supplies and equipment, trained care providers to improve their knowledge and clinical competence, transforming the service quality, data quality management and strengthening referral linkage between primary and secondary-level health facilities. The project interventions are consistent with Ethiopia’s national MNH strategies and zonal health department plan. The project activities are in line with the MNH initiatives that have been implemented in the health facilities.
