The checklist should be used to update the Emergency Preparedness Plan on a bi-annual basis, which is a Save the Children manditory task. Country teams must determine whether priority risks, interventions and preparedness actions and resources are still accurate and relevant. It also asks for updates regarding field offices, personnel, cluster representation, and key external contacts. This document is the responsibility of the country office staff. It must be signed off by the Country Director, Regional Operations Director or Manager and uploaded to OneNet for central filing. This tool supports the Preparedness Procedure.
