EiE Total Monitoring Tool

This toolkit contains all the monitoring tools needed for ongoing monitoring of schools included in Education in Emergency programming. The tools include monitoring of student enrolment and special education needs, disaggregated by age, gender, and class. There is a tool to capture daily student attendance per class and gender, as well as tools that capture information about teachers including rate of pay, qualifications and training, and attendance. There is a tool to capture information regarding infrastructure including water, sanitation and hygiene infrastructure and another capturing numbers of textbooks. This tool should be used by monitoring and evaluation teams to gather information on the schools involved in education supported programs to gage program quality and progress.
