Digital Innovation Bulletin: Save the Children Kenya and Madagascar

In 2020, Save the Children Kenya & Madagascar undertook a holistic approach to digital transformation with an aim of transforming our business processes and programs. A Human centred design approach to understand how digital could benefit programs and processes within the Country Office (CO) was undertaken. Detailed research on the intersections of people, technology and business – from field, to local and national levels (including multiple user interviews) were conducted and valuable insights defining a scalable solution applicable across Save the Children International (SCI) regions, countries and programs was the result.
