Defence for Children International (DCI) is one of the leading non-governmental organizations with regard to issues of juvenile justice with on-the-ground presence in five continents.
Currently, the organizations holds consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), and many others.
This report reviews both nationwide and global strides to improve children’s rights and the defence of those rights. A wide range of relevant material and events are presented, including national impact reports of over twenty countries.
