CUBIC Impact Brief: Embedding Behavioral Science and AI Capacity Across QRF

CUBIC (Center for Utilizing Behavioral Insights for Children) partnered with the Queen Rania Foundation (QRF) via a multi-year initiative to build organizational capacity in behavioral science and artificial intelligence (AI).

The partnership aimed to help QRF staff design more effective, evidence-based programs using behavioral science, and adopt AI safely, confidently, and strategically across teams. CUBIC delivered a structured sequence of workshops, regular team coaching sessions, an embedded staff secondment, and targeted AI trainings, equipping QRF to apply behavioral science and AI tools across programs, platforms, communications, and internal operations.
