The purpose of this document is to develop a set of criteria for prioritizing actions for Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), along with methodological guide for use in Latin America and the Caribbean. It is intended that these criteria contribute to national processes of risk analysis and decision-making in the initial definition of support programs and international cooperation. It is aimed at national, subnational and local DRR stakeholders.
