Crisis Modifier Operational Plan

This Crisis Modifier Operational Plan provides an overview for decision makers of two contingency plans that were developed during a 3-day Contingency Planning workshop with project staff in Aden in June 2014 as well as discussions with Save the Children’s Senior Management Team in Sana’a. The contingency plans were developed using the Guidelines for Situation & Response Analysis in Slow-onset Food Security Crises, based on Household Economy Analysis (HEA), developed by Save the Children in 2013.
