In the Occupied Palestinian Territory (oPt) Save the Children has contributed to the development of an Emergency Preparedness Plan (EPP) and Mechanism in collaboration with other relevant humanitarian actors, directly benefiting over 4,000 children and over 9,000 community members. Related child-focused DRR initiatives in the area of child protection and health were undertaken in the villages of Khoza’a and Qarara in the southern Gaza Strip.
