Counting Pennies III is the third in a series of reports investigating the state of Official Development Assistance (ODA) investment to end violence against children. The analysis is based on ODA spending for the year 2020 as collected by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).

The findings show that there is a significant gap and growing need at both national and global levels to fund investment to end violence against children. Even before the onset of the pandemic and events of the preceding two years, funding towards ending violence against children (EVAC) was egregiously low.

This report includes recommendations to increase investment towards EVAC and to improve monitoring of ODA to EVAC.
