Commitment to Change: What world leaders must promise at the World Humanitarian Summit

The World Humanitarian Summit of 2016 took place against the backdrop of amounting humanitarian challenges and political turbulence across the world, most caused by political failures on the behalf of world leaders. This document outlines Oxfam’s challenge to itself and other humanitarian actors to change in face of increasing humanitarian demands: give a greater role and direct funding to local actors.
