The Central American Learning Circle on Children’s Rights and Local Development

This document, published with the support of Save the Children,  presents the history of the Central American Learning Circles from the end of 1999 to the beginning of 2012. It focuses on the experiences and cumulative learning of the members of the Circle and people that have participated in the actions promoted by it: adolescents, children, members of municipal governments, of organisations, networks and social movements in the Central American countries. This systematisation centres on the relationship of those learning experiences with initiatives that link the rights of the child to local development processes in the Central American countries.
