The Children’s Resilience Programme – Overview of Workshops

This is additional material designed to supplement the Child Resilience Resource kit, to help and aid psychosocial support in and out of schools. The resource kit aims to help children build strength and resilience so they can cope positively with difficult life situations. The material has special focus on the impact of armed conflicts, disasters, abuse and exploitation and living in a community with a high rate of HIV.

This is an overview of workshops that are a part of the programme.

The full kit comprises: Facilitator Handbook I: Getting Started, Facilitator Handbook II: Workshop Tracks, a Programme Manager’s Handbook, and a booklet on understanding children’s wellbeing.
