Save the Children Romania

Violence towards children is a serious problem for Romanian society. Save the Children Romania has been developing programs to stop the violence against children since 1997 when it organised the first national seminar on the issue. This particular material intends to provide the opinions expressed by children on different aspects related to violence and offer a new perspective on possible intervention mechanisms in such cases. Children who are victims of violence, as well as children who are involved in campaigns aimed at promoting the rights of the child have participated in the elaboration of this material. Their sincere opinions are based on their own experience or events they have witnessed.
