Children with Disabilities: Ensuring their inclusion in COVID-19 response strategies and evidence generation

Prior to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, children with disabilities already experienced greater vulnerabilities, including a higher risk of abuse and discrimination, and low access to services. With the onset of the pandemic, these inequalities have worsened.

This report builds on data prior to the pandemic to show how the risks that children with disabilities face have heightened during the pandemic.
