Children and young people as citizens – Partners for social change: Overview

This flagship publication of Save the Children deals with promoting children’s and young people’s participation and citizenship rights in South and Central Asia. The publication consists of an overview and three booklets. This overview provides a summary analysis of Save the Children’s work, while the first booklet explores the actual vision and concepts relating to children’s participation, citizenship and governance; the second booklet shares important insights, analysis and learning from programme experiences in the region, and includes 18 key recommendations; the third booklet gives a summary of positive outcomes from child participation and citizenship work in the region.
