This report is an in-depth analysis of child rights governance (CRG) in Swaziland, which focuses on the priority areas identified after a sectorial CRG analysis was conducted by Save the Children International. These priority areas are: the General Measures of Implementation (GMIs) of child rights, focusing on law reform and judicial enforcement of children’s rights; Investment in Children, looking at Human Rights Budget Analysis (HRBA) as well as participation, transparency, and accountability.

Key findings are presented in each of these priority areas. A general introduction to child rights governance in Swaziland as well as the situation of children in Swaziland, are also given. The report concludes with key recommendations for the Swaziland government to sustainably implement a child rights governance agenda.
