The Child Protection in Emergencies Professional Development Programme strengthens the response capability in East and Southern Africa. Targetting mid-level child protection professionals to develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes to design and implement high-quality CPiE programmes, the programme adopts a blended learning approach, that includes distance learning, residential face-to-face sessions, desk-based simulation, the transformation of training and a number of technical tasks.
The East and Southern Africa first cycle ran between March and November 2019.
