This report presents findings from a study conducted by research-trained child parliamentarians with 402 children aged 12-17 years including street-based children, children from remote areas and poor families, displaced, out-of-school and disabled children. It examines their experiences of progress toward the following, child-focused Sustainable Development Goals in Ethiopia:
– SDG 1: No Poverty
– SDG 2: Zero Hunger
– SDG 3: Good Health and Wellbeing
– SDG5: Gender Equality
– SDG 16: Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions
As a complementary review this report provides a supplement to the Ethiopian Government’s Voluntary National Review and was supported by Save the Children in line with children’s right to have due weight given to their views in all matters that affect them and the pledge to leave no one behind.
