Case Study from Azerbaijan on how Save the Children, through its program, helped set up Child and Family Support Centres, which demonstrates how to provide children and their families with the services they need as an alternative to orphanages. The Community based children’s support program (CCSP) was implemented by Save the Children and funded through USAID’s Displaced Children and Orphan’s Fund in close cooperation with the State Committee on Family, Women and Children’s Affairs. This case study highlights the experiences and impacts of the program, and lessons learned.
