In 2017, large areas of Bangladesh were affected by severe flash floods, affecting the survival and livelihoods of 8 million people.
In response to such devastation, Save the Children Bangladesh started the “Emergency and Early Recovery Support in Sirajganj District, Bangladesh” to support the recovery of affected communities. This journey has been documented in this photobook, Build Back Together, which shares the affected communities’ hopes and display of resilience in a photo and story format.
